let me tell you a little about myself

I was born and raised in Houston, Texas with a love for the arts and a passion for creation. When I'm not designing, I'm usually trying a new restaurant in town, binge watching dating reality shows, or playing Sims for 5 hours straight.

I first became interested in user experience whilst completing a research internship for my Bachelors degree but have had a interest in art since my teens. I found that I enjoyed talking to many different individuals and absolutely loved creating digital experiences for a multitude of groups.

I got my first web design role redoing and maintaining the website for a small family owned construction company. I then did an internship at Coforma where I was introduced to the world of civic tech. I was fortunate enough to be given a contract role with them where I worked as a service designer on internal company processes. Nowadays, I do web design at a marketing agency in Houston with an emphasis on industrial and manufacturing based clients.
